When it comes to making money transfers to unfamiliar third parties, such as for online purchases, it is important to be cautious and avoid falling prey to deception. To assist you in verifying the authenticity of a suspect's bank account or phone number, there is a useful facility available. This facility allows you to check if the account or phone in question has a police record.

While this verification process can provide some reassurance, we strongly recommend exercising caution when transferring money. There is always a possibility that the bank account or phone number may not yet be registered in the CCID (Criminal Investigation Department) of the Royal Malaysia Police.
